The pattern of this cruet is called rexford and was made by both John B. Higbee Glass Co. in 1907 and New Martinsville #21 in 1919. I don't know which one this is but either way it is a beautiful old cruet.The only flaw is what appears to be a chip inside the lip or it could possibly be an extra piece of glass left during manufature. There are also a couple of bubbles in in the handle.
